This
position is in our Food Service Department and will be responsible for food preparation
and food storage, serving patients on a cafeteria line, and performing daily
cleaning assignments. The successful candidate will have knowledge of
food production and sanitation procedures, knowledge of food service equipment,
good communication skills, and the ability to read menus and follow recipes.
Experience
working in food preparation is required. Experience in cook-chill and cook-serve
food service system is strongly preferred. This position
is on the afternoon shift from 10:00am to 6:45pm.
This position works at least 2 full
weekends (Saturday & Sunday) out of the month, some holidays, and
other weekday shifts if needed. Must
be able to complete several days of new employee orientation during the
weekdays.
This
